NC’s engineering department has created the 81200SM to perfectly miter corners using NC 3” cotton or polyester tape with no skill required. Air Tables are required in the use of the mitering operation.

The 81200SM is the strongest extra heavy duty carpet binder in the industry.
It can bind with standard size tapes (7/8”, 1 1/4” and 3”), the 81200SM also has the capability to utilize regular binding up to 7” diameter. All 81200SM’s come with our 3” mitering attachment, while all other attachments are optional. There is also a video tape included with the 81200SM illustrating how corners are mitered.
