Cove/Wall Base Winder
Pre-cut cove/wall base strip is locked into
the
wheel hub. Large 30" Lucite disks contain the
cove/wall base on the
reel, which is motorized
with a clutch to adjust speed while winding the
cove/wall base on the spool. The wound up reel
is easily removed for
future binding.
Or, pre-cut cove/wall base can be
fed into a
binding machine. As it exits, it can be power-feed into the
winder utilizing a separate foot pedal.
The finished bound reel of
cove/wall base is
easily removed, ready
to take on location for
installation. The winder has a
120-foot
capacity within its 30" clear
plastic disks
