81200SM Features:

Now you can miter corners perfectly in just seconds!! NC’s engineering department has created the 81200SM to perfectly miter corners using NC 3” cotton or polyester tape with no skill required. Air Tables are required in the use of the mitering operation.

81200S Features:

The 81200S is the world's most industrial carpet binder. The Humvee was developed in 1998 to combat tough sisals, berbers, etc... This double puller, bobbinless machine is able to bind any carpet effortlessly. If your workroom is flooded by tough, thick back back carpets, the "S" is your best option.

SB Features:

The SB is the most advanced carpet cove base binder in the world. The NC SB is a bobbinless, self-oiling machine that generates 60 feet per minute of bound carpet base. The customized adjustable cove base width guide installs in seconds assuring an even feed and minimal labor.

TPB Features:

Model SBA Features:

The programmable, automated SBA applies binding tape to all four edges of any carpet sample and cuts the tail in seconds. The laser eye immediately picks up the sample and is ready to sew. The operator simply taps the pedal and turns the sample. The machine will do the rest.

81200 TPWA/B Features:

211RB Features:

The industry's only self oiling Twin needle walking foot machine is designed by NC to sew leather and upholstery goods. They are usually ordered in 1/4" or 3/8" Needle Gauge. Marine, Aircraft, Auto, and Awning industries traditionally utilize these machines for their interior sewing needs.

211RBL Features:

The NC211RBL double needle, compound, long arm walking foot has a 25” inside sewing throat.  It sews simultaneous parallel stitches available in gauges ranging from 1/8” – 11/2”.  This unit is complete with a back tack lever, large bobbin, pneumatic air & manual foot lift, and of course comes equipped with a table, motor and stand workstation.

NC553 Features:

The NC553 heavy duty Industrial Compound Walking Foot is designed to sew those tough sewing applications that a flat-bed walking foot can’t get into.  This cylinder-bed unit has semi-automatic lubrication, large bobbin, vertical axis hook, reverse back tack lever, and a stitch length dial.  It’s  suitable for medium to heavy weighted fabrics that include baseball gloves, shoes, collars, seats, all leathers, canvases, and laminated materials

NC733R Features:

The NC733R is the world’s most industrial lockstitch sewing machine.  It’s built to sew the toughest, thickest weighted materials.  This unit has extra high lift and room to insert large, thick goods such as horse saddles.  If you encounter multi-ply sewing, the 733R is perfect.  A great example is shown here in the video sewing 12 ply of industrial leather provided by Aircraft Interior Products.

NC 305L Features:

This single needle long arm walking foot is utilized by sewers that require additional in depth sewing. For example, if you need to sew an inside circle 20 inches into your sample this unit permits this application. NC1105N Features:
