Powered by a high-torque 350-watt motor with a bronze and steel gear transmission, the SW12M easily slices through materials up to 40mm (1.57") thick while maintaining excellent control and consistent cutting speed. Its half-free blade design minimizes material wrapping when cutting difficult fibers such as Kevlar, fiberglass, synthetic turf backing, and heavy industrial fabrics.

An integrated push-button blade sharpening system restores the cutting edge in less than 10 seconds without removing the blade, reducing downtime and helping keep production moving throughout the day.
