The industry's longest long arm sewing machine is primarily employed to sew filtration bags.  Of course it can be used for any cylindrical sewing application and projects that require sewing deep into material such as sewing golf bags.  The NC43 is a 43" long arm cylinder bed is a compound walking foot industrial sewing machine. It's engineered for precision, productivity, and performance on large tubular products.  The compound walking foot mechanism ensures synchronized feeding of thick or layered materials, preventing slippage and guaranteeing uniform stitches. Designed with a custom workstation and high-torque servo motor, it offers smooth control and consistent power for professional production environments.  With an impressive 43-inch inside throat, this long arm model provides an exceptionally large working area—ideal for oversized and cylindrical applications such as filter bags, dedust bags, luggage, footwear, and industrial textiles. The 90mm cylinder bed and large vertical rotary hook with a top-loading bobbin deliver maximum efficiency and extended thread capacity, minimizing downtime during high-volume operations.

This machine can be configured with one or two needles ($6350), operating at speeds up to 2,000 stitches per minute. It offers a maximum stitch length of 9mm and a presser foot lift of 16mm, accommodating even the thickest assemblies. An automatic lubrication system keeps components running smoothly, reducing maintenance and extending the machine’s life. Engineered specifically for medium to heavy materials, the 43” Long Arm Cylinder Bed machine combines power, space, and precision—making it the ultimate choice for manufacturers of large tubular or awkwardly shaped products who demand reliable, professional-grade results every time.
